摘  要:全面推动我国特殊教育事业的高质量发展,师资队伍建设是关键。为了系统深入了解特殊教育教师职业倦怠的影响因素,探讨组织支持感与特殊教育教师职业倦怠的关系,考察职业使命感在两者之间的中介作用,以及职称的调节作用。采用方便取样法抽取25所特殊教育学校289名特殊教育教师进行调查,结果发现:(1)组织支持感对特殊教育教师职业倦怠具有负向预测作用;(2)职业使命感在组织支持感与职业倦怠的关系中起着重要的中介作用;(3)职称显著调节组织支持感与特殊教育教师职业倦怠之间的关系。低职称教师组织支持感与职业倦怠的负性效应较强,高职称教师组织支持感与职业倦怠的负性效应较弱。To comprehensively promote the high-quality development of special education in our country,the construction of a special education teacher team is crucial.In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the factors influencing special education teachers'job burnout,explore the relationship between perceived or-ganizational support and job burnout,and explore the mediating effects of career calling,as well as the mod-erating role of job titles,a convenience sampling method was used to select 289 special education teachers from 25 special education schools for the survey,and the results revealed that:(1)the sense of organization-al support could negatively predict special education teachers'job burnout;(2)career calling played an im-portant mediating role in the relationship between the sense of organizational support and burnout;and(3)job title significantly moderated the relationship between the sense of organizational support and burnout a-mong special education teachers.The negative effect of the sense of organizational support and burnout was stronger for teachers with low job titles and weaker for teachers with high job titles.
