摘  要:合理规范地发展高校非学历教育是时代需求的主旋律。基于此,从理论、时代和文化方面分析高等学校非学历教育的生成逻辑,阐述其对国家、社会和高校发展的价值意蕴,提出以终身学习为目标着力凝练办学特色、以信息化建设为手段完善在线教学系统、以开拓创新为主体创建特色品牌项目、以理顺机制为契机完善监督评价机制的实践维度。The rational and standardized development of non-academic education is the main theme of the needs of the times in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the generation logic of non-academic education in colleges and universities from the aspects of theory,era and culture,expounds its value implication to the development of the country,society,colleges and universities,and puts forward the practical dimension of focusing on condensing the characteristics of running schools with the goal of lifelong learning,improving the online teaching system by means of information construction,creating characteristic brand projects with innovation as the main body,and improving the mechanism of supervision and evaluation with straightening out the mechanism as an opportunity.
