摘 要:目的探索以病例导入式教学法结合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在泌尿外科本科临床实习教学中的应用价值。方法于2021年7—11月将首都医科大学2017级临床医学专业40名学生随机分为两组,其中试验组20名学生(病例导入式教学法+PBL教学法),对照组20名学生(讲授式教学法),教学结束后两组学生都参加课堂考核(理论部分考核60分+典型病例分析40分),试验组学生完成问卷调查。结果试验组理论部分考核成绩(53.85±2.41)分,对照组理论部分考核成绩(50.10±3.04)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组病例分析考核成绩(35.75±1.86)分,对照组病例分析考核成绩(32.10±2.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生参加调查问卷,对病例导入教学法结合PBL教学法给出了积极的反馈,认可度高。结论病例导入教学法结合PBL教学法在泌尿外科本科临床实习教学中取得了良好的教学效果,有利于学生将理论知识与临床问题相联系,训练学生的临床思维,提升临床实习教学质量。Objective To explore the application value of case-induced method combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in urology clinical practice teaching.Methods A total of 40 students of grade 2017 in Capital Medical University from July to November 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,20 in the experimental group(case-induced method+PBL)and 20 in the control group(lecture-based learning).After the teaching,students in both groups were assessed in class(60 points for theoretical part and 40 points for typical case analysis),and students in the experimental group were investigated by questionnaire.Results The theoretical exam scores of the experimental group were(53.85±2.41)points,and the control group scores were(50.10±3.04)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of case analysis test in the experimental group was(35.75±1.86)points,and that in the control group was(32.10±2.47)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group students participated in the questionnaire,and gave positive feedback and high recognition to the case-induced method+PBL teaching method.Conclusion The combination of case-induced method and PBL teaching method has achieved good teaching effect in the clinical practice teaching of urology department,which is beneficial for students to connect theoretical knowledge with clinical problems,train students'clinical thinking,and improve the quality of clinical practice teaching.
