摘 要:目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)联合情景模拟教学在临床医学八年制医学生新生儿复苏见习带教中的效果。方法选择2021年12月—2022年2月在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院见习的中山大学2017级八年制医学生28名,随机分为试验组和对照组,分别进行PBL联合情景模拟教学和传统模拟教学。带教完成后进行理论知识和操作技能考核,并采用调查问卷法进行评教反馈。结果试验组理论知识、思维能力、团队协作、人文关怀方面表现优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在实践操作方面表现差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组的教学满意度高于对照组,调查问卷显示试验组在对新生儿复苏感兴趣、自学更多新生儿复苏相关内容、医患沟通和团队协作能力的提高方面评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合情景模拟教学应用于新生儿复苏见习带教,可以提高教学满意度,且教学效果优于传统模拟教学。Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with scenario simulation training in pediatric clinical practice for eight-year program medical students.Methods A total of 28 medical students of eight-year program medical students of grade 2017 from Sun Yat-sen University who were interns in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital from December 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group to receive PBL combined situational simulation teaching and traditional simulation teaching,respectively.After the completion of teaching,the assessment of theoretical knowledge and operational skills was carried out,and the questionnaire method was used to evaluate the teaching feedback.Results The experimental group performed better than the control group in theoretical knowledge,thinking ability,teamwork and humanistic care,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in practical operation(P>0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the questionnaire showed that the scores of the experimental group in the aspects of interest in neonatal resuscitation,self-study of more neonatal resuscitation related content,doctor-patient communication and improvement of teamwork ability were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of PBL combined with scenario simulation training in neonatal resuscitation probation teaching can improve the teaching satisfaction,and the teaching effect is better than the traditional simulation teaching.
