摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱快速测定窖泥和养窖液中4种有机酸的方法。以甲醇和磷酸水溶液为流动相,通过梯度洗脱,在C18色谱柱中进行分离。该方法线性关系良好,R2大于0.9990,样品的回收率为90.26%~103.95%,相对标准偏差小于5.99%,适用于日常分析。In this study,the content of lactic acid,acetic acid,butyric acid and hexanoic acid in pit mud and functional bacteria liquid was detected simultaneously by HPLC.The samples were separated by C18 column with gradient elution.Carbinol and H3PO4 solution were used as the mobile phase.This method possessed good linear relationship(R2>0.9990).The recovery rates were between 90.26%and 103.95%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were lower than 5.99%.The method is suitable for daily analysis.
