摘  要:2022年4月教育部等八部门启动《新时代基础教育强师计划》明确提出“师范人才培养和基础教育服务等领域开展合作”。现代学徒制是教育部于2014年提出的一项旨在深化产教融合、校企合作,进一步完善校企合作育人机制,创新技术技能的人才培养模式。基于师范生的教育教学实习是高师院校与地方学校协同完成的职前教师基本素质、基本素养的实践培训活动。受培训者是师范生(徒弟)、培养者是指导教师(师傅),该文就高师院校师范生(徒弟)在实习期间听指导教师(师傅)授课中,如何把握好“听、看、记、思、评”五个环节的有机结合策略进行阐述。In April 2022,the Ministry of Education and eight other departments launched"The Plan for Strengthening Teachers in Basic Education in the New Era",which explicitly proposed to carry out cooperation in the fields of training teachers and basic education services.The modern apprenticeship system,proposed by the Ministry of Education in 2014,aims to deepen the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation,further improve the school-enterprise cooperation education mechanism,and innovate the training mode of technical skills.The education and teaching practice based on normal university students is a practical training activity for pre-service teachers'basic quality and quality jointly completed by normal university colleges and local schools.The trainees are normal students(apprentices)and the trainers are mentors(teachers).This paper expounds how to master the organic combination of five links of"listening,seeing,remembering,thinking and commenting"for normal students(apprentices)in normal colleges and universities when they listen to the instructors(teachers)during their practice.
