摘　　要：现代职业教育是服务经济社会发展需要,面向经济社会发展和生产服务一线,培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才并促进全体劳动者可持续职业发展的教育类型,职业教育中教师队伍建设是关键。分析目前“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的问题,结合实际情况,提出加快推进职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的有效举措和实施方案,为职业院校提升“双师型”教师队伍建设提供有力借鉴。Modern vocational education serves the needs of economic and social development,faces the needs of economic and social development and production services,trains high-quality workers and skilled personnel,and promotes the sustainable career development of all workers.Therefore,the construction of teachers in vocational education is the key.By analyzing the problems in the current construction of the“double-qualified”teaching staff and combining with the actual situation,this paper proposes effective measures and implementation plans which to accelerate the construction of the“double-qualified”teaching staff in vocational colleges,provides strong reference for vocational colleges to enhance the construction of the“double-qualified”teaching staff.
