摘　　要：加强劳动教育是确保落实立德树人根本任务,实现“五育并举”的现实之需、实践之措。当前高职院校劳动教育开展过程中还存在地位虚化弱化、内容相似趋同、价值取向迷失、资源挖掘不足等问题。高职院校应从端正劳动教育理念、完善课程设置、拓展教育平台形式、丰富劳动教育内容、建立健全管理机制、实施全过程管理等方面探索劳动教育模式创新的有效策略,以彰显劳动教育在培育时代新人上的重要作用。Strengthening labor education is a practical and necessary measure to ensure the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and to achieve the simultaneous development of the"five educations".In the current process of carrying out labor education in vocational colleges,there are still problems such as weakened status,similar content,lost value orientation,and insufficient resource exploration.Vocational colleges should explore effective strategies for innovating labor education models from the perspectives of rectifying labor education concepts,improving curriculum settings,expanding educational platform forms,enriching labor education content,establishing sound management mechanisms,and implementing full process management so as to demonstrate the important role of labor education in cultivating new talents of the times.
