摘　　要：新时代背景下,高中教育进行了一系列的改革,整体教育效果得到优化。这对高中英语阅读教学来说既是机遇又是挑战。高中英语教师应抓住这一契机对阅读教学进行改进,以使高中英语阅读教学活动更具目标性,能将高中学生对英语知识的实际探索兴趣加以提高,能增强高中学生对英语阅读知识的自主探索能力,能促使高中学生重视自身英语综合素质的全面发展。文章分析新时代高中英语阅读教学改进意义,并从不同方面提出新时代背景下高中英语阅读教学具体改进策略。In the context of the new era,senior middle school education has undergone a series of reforms,and the overall educational effect has been optimized.This is both an opportunity and a challenge for senior middle school English reading teaching.Senior middle school English teachers should seize this opportunity to improve reading teaching,in order to make high school English reading teaching activities more targeted,enhance senior middle school students'practical interest in exploring English knowledge,enhance their independent exploration ability of English reading knowledge,and promote senior middle school students to attach importance to the comprehensive development of their English comprehensive quality.The article analyzes the significance of improving senior middle school English reading teaching in the new era,and proposes specific improvement strategies for senior middle school English reading teaching in the new era context from different aspects.
