摘　　要：人格决定着一个人的生活方式和工作态度,教师人格优秀与否直接影响着教育教学质量,间接影响着当代教育事业的发展水平。教师人格的完善之路任重道远,除了需要教师自身的努力外,还需要社会、学校等外部环境给予支持。只有多方齐头并进,教师人格魅力的潜在教育价值才能得以充分发挥。文章首先阐述教师人格的内涵以及优秀教师的人格特点,分析部分教师出现人格弱化现象的原因,明确教师人格对学生成长的影响,提出教师人格培养的策略。Personality determines a person's way of life and work attitude.Whether a teacher's personality is excellent or not directly affects the quality of education and teaching,and indirectly affects the development level of contemporary education.The road to improving the personality of teachers is arduous and requires not only the efforts of teachers themselves,but also the support of external environments such as society and schools.Only by working together in multiple ways can the potential educational value of teachers'personality charm be fully realized.The article first elaborates on the connotation of teacher personality and the personality characteristics of excellent teachers,analyzes the reasons for some teachers'personality weakening,clarifies the impact of teacher personality on student growth,and proposes strategies for cultivating teacher personality.
