摘  要:社会经济的快速发展和产业结构的升级对高职院校社会服务提出了新的要求,教师是产教融合、校企合作政策落实者,社会服务的主要执行者。高校教师从事社会服务具有双向性、丰富性和专业性的特点。针对目前高职院校教师提供社会服务主要存在参与意识不足、社会服务能力欠缺、社会服务渠道单一、保障和激励措施不完善等问题,提出树立正确的社会服务理念、多措并举提升教师的社会服务能力、搭建校企合作平台拓宽教师服务渠道、构建激励与保障机制的解决措施。The rapid development of social economy and the upgrading of industrial structure have put forward new requirements for social services in higher vocational colleges.Teachers are the implementers of policies for the integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation,and the main executors of social services.College teachers engaged in social services have the characteristics of bidirectional,rich,and professional nature.In response to the current problems of insufficient participation awareness,insufficient social service ability,single social service channels,and incomplete guarantee and incentive measures in providing social services for teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes solutions such as establishing a correct concept of social service,taking multiple measures to enhance teachers'social service ability,building a school enterprise cooperation platform to expand teacher service channels,and constructing incentive and guarantee mechanisms.
