摘  要:“葡萄酒品尝学”是研究葡萄酒品尝理论和方法的一门科学,是葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业的核心课程。此研究探索“葡萄酒品尝学”课程的线上线下混合式教学模式,实践证明教师充分利用线上资源,重构教学内容,有效组织教学活动,采用项目式、体验式、探究式和情景模拟的教学方法,并注重过程性考核,可以提高课程的教学效果,培养学生自主学习和实践创新的能力,最终实现应用型人才的培养目标。“Science of Wine Tasting” is a science to study the theory and method of wine tasting,and the core course of grape and wine engineering.This research explored the online and offline mixed teaching mode of this course.It was proved that teachers made full use of online resources,reconstructed teaching content,effectively organized teaching activities,adopted the teaching methods of project-based,experiential,inquiry and scenario simulation,and paid attention to process assessment,which could improve the teaching effect of the course,cultivate students' ability to learn independently and practice innovation,and finally realize the training goal of applied talents.
