摘  要:基于共生理论分析框架,乡村幼儿园教师的精准培养体现为共生单元、共生模式和共生环境的有机融合。针对我国乡村幼儿园教师在精准培养实践中存在共生单元异化、共生模式固化和共生环境失衡等问题,立足于共生理论的逻辑体系,乡村幼儿园教师的精准培养应从培育共生愿景、挖掘共生要素和营造共生环境等三个维度着力。据此提出情怀养成培养与教育并举、保教能力与人文素养并重、资源整合与多方联动的乡村幼儿园教师精准培养策略,以增强乡村幼儿园教师的“使命感”与“自觉性”,从根本上解决乡村幼儿园教师队伍建设问题。The targeted training of rural kindergarten teachers is reflected in the organic integration of symbiotic units,symbiotic models,and symbiotic environments based on the analysis framework of symbiosis theory.In response to the problems of alienation of symbiotic units,solidification of symbiotic models,and imbalance of symbiotic environment in the targeted training practice of rural kindergarten teachers in China,the targeted training of rural kindergarten teachers should focus on three dimensions of cultivating a symbiotic vision,exploring symbiotic elements,and creating a symbiotic environment based on the logical system of symbiosis theory.Targeted training strategies for rural kindergarten teachers are proposed including carrying out both emotional cultivation and education,attaching importance to both care and education abilities and humanistic literacy,integrating resources and coordinating multiple parties,in order to enhance the“sense of mission”and“consciousness”of rural kindergarten teachers and fundamentally solve the problem of building a team of rural kindergarten teachers.
