高职院校课程思政教学团队建设研究——以安徽工业经济职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：安徽工业经济职业技术学院课程思政教学团队紧扣专业人才培养方案及岗位要求,通过优化团队建设顶层设计、加强师资队伍建设和建立团队绩效考评机制等路径打造专业课与课程思政“协同并行”的优秀课程思政教学团队。实践证明,安徽工业经济职业技术学院思政团队建设效果明显,更好地实现了专业技能和思想道德素质提升的双重目标。Closely following the professional talent training program and job requirements,an excellent course-based ideological and political teaching team of Anhui Vocational Technical College of Industry and Economy is constructed through the optimization of the top-level design of team building,the construction of faculty team,and the establishment of a team performance evaluation mechanism.The practice shows that the effect of the construction of the course-based ideological and political teaching team of Anhui Vocational Technical College of Industry and Economy is significant,which helps achieve the dual goals of the improvement of both professional skills and the ideological and moral quality.
