中德基础教育模式对比研究及启示

摘  要:德国基础教育在校内教育、校外教育、教材选编、教学大纲、教学评价和师资培养等方面均做出了优秀示范,中国基础教育改革及一系列减负措施的推行取得了一定成效,但仍有需要加强和改进的地方。将中德基础教育模式进行宏观对比,有利于取长补短,吸收借鉴德国基础教育的优良做法,提升基础教育质量,持续改进我国基础教育改革政策。German basic education has made excellent models in the areas of in-school and out-of school education,textbook selection,syllabus setting,teaching evaluation and teacher training.The re-form of Chinese basic education and the implementation of a series of measures to reduce the burden have achieved certain results,but there are still much to be strengthened and improved.A macro com-parison of Chinese and German basic education modes is conducive to learning from the strengths and good practices of German basic education,improving China’s basic education quality and basic educa-tion reform policies.
