摘 要:针对高职教育中存在学习增益不明显、教学质量不高的问题,本文面向30多所高职院校教师开展调研,掌握高职教师对目前学情的真实感受和客观认知,通过调查数据对比分析,从关注教转向关注学,实现教学相长。围绕“怎么学、学什么”,探索从构建学习者共同体、打造专业群课程思政体系、推行“课堂革命”、建立科学评价体系、强化信息化教学技术应用等方面,激发内在学习动力和内部激励机制,重塑学生学习价值观、成功观和职业观。Aiming at the problems of low learning gain and low teaching quality in higher vocational education,after investigating teachers and students from more than 30 higher vocational colleges,such as Shenzhen Polytechnic、Jinhua Polytechnic and Guangdong Agriculture Industry Business Polytechnic,the real feeling and objective cognition of teachers and students to the current learning situation are collected.Through the comparison and analysis of the survey data,the focus becomes from teaching to learning.From the perspective of how to learn and what to learn,this paper explores the following aspects:constructing learners community,building curriculum ideological and political system of professional group,carrying out"classroom revolution",establishing scientific evaluation system,strengthening the application of information teaching technology and so on,to stimulate internal learning motivation and internal incentive mechanism,reshape students'learning values,success and career outlook.
