摘 要:为了进一步提高可变阀驱气门运动控制精度以及运动稳定性,在原有PID控制的基础上,通过粒子群算法(PSO)和卡尔曼滤波(KF)方式对其进行优化改进。通过科尔曼滤波器来达到气门升程调控系统的干扰与噪声滤波功能,再把结果反馈至输入端,采用PSO优化PID控制器的各项参数。利用PSO以随机方式生成粒子群,再利用粒子对PID控制器赋值,完成计算过程。在Matlab软件中完成气门升程、速度及其加速度的仿真分析,并跟未经过改进的PID控制气门升程状态实施了比较。结果表明:通过改进PID方法进行控制时,气门升程、速度与加速度都达到较低的跟踪误差。运用PSO以及KF优化能够实现对液压驱动系统的高效控制,不会引起气门落座的大幅波动或突变的情况,从而提升了跟踪的精度。该研究对提升汽车发动机性能具有很好的实际应用效果。In order to further improve the accuracy and stability of Variable Valve drive valve motion control,based on the original PID control,particle swarm optimization(PSO)and Kalman filter(KF)methods were used to optimize and improve the valve motion control.The interference and noise filtering function of the valve lift control system is achieved through the Coleman filter,and then the results are fed back to the input end,and the parameters of the PID controller are optimized by PSO.PSO is used to generate particle swarm in a random way,and then the particle assigns the value to the PID controller to complete the calculation process.The simulation analysis of the valve lift,speed and acceleration is completed in MATLAB software,and the comparison with the unimproved PID control of the valve lift state is implemented.The results show that the tracking error of valve lift,velocity and acceleration is lower when the improved PID control method is used.The use of PSO and KF optimization can achieve efficient control of the hydraulic drive system,without causing large fluctuations or sudden changes in the valve seat,thus improving the tracking accuracy.The research has a good practical effect on improving the performance of automobile engine.
