摘　　要：澳大利亚职业教育师资培训体系从建立之初即注重培养教师的实践教学能力,在改革与发展中不断加强职业教育师资培训的地位,明确培训方向与目标,持续探索职业教育教师专业标准。通过确立教师入职资格与职业能力国家标准、建立师资培训质量评估与监督体系、建立在职教师培训激励机制以及加强与行业企业的培训合作等举措,建立起了政府、行业企业与学校等多元主体协同推进、依托国家标准且服务于技术技能人才培养的职业教育师资培训体系,对我国职业教育师资培训提供了启示。The cultivation of teachers’practical ability has been strengthened ever since the establishment of VET teachers’training framework in Australia,and the exploration and construction of qualification and competency standards of VET teachers were highlighted during its reform and development.The establishment of national standards for VET teachers’entry qualification and vocational competency,training quality assurance system,as well as close cooperation relationship among government agencies,industries and schools had great significance in the process of development of VET Teachers’training framework,which provides references for vocational teachers’training in China.
