摘 要:我国现行高职工学结合课程学习质量评价,因缺少科学、简便易行的评价方案等,偏离了形成性评价的本意与初衷,本质上仍是“新瓶装旧酒”的传统评价模式。为提高职业院校技术技能人才培养质量,以更好地适应我国经济发展要求,通过以就业为导向、确立校企合作评价思路、构建校企合作评价长效机制、制定评价框架、构建三级评价指标体系和评价标准、设计灵活的课程成绩评定方案和评价实施方案、制定二阶全段学习质量评价机制等,以构建“六方协同”的评价模式,制定评价结果应用方案,重视和利用科技及大数据等措施,改进高职课程评价。改革举措使人才培养质量显著提高、就业竞争力明显增强,学生、学校及用人单位满意度大幅提高。The current evaluation of the learning quality of the curricula in the work-integrated learning mode in higher vocational education in China has deviated from the original intention and purpose of formative evaluation due to the lack of scientific and easy-to-use evaluation schemes,and is still essentially the traditional evaluation mode of"old wine in new bottles".In order to improve the quality of cultivating technical and skilled talents in vocational colleges and better adapt to the requirements of China's economic development,it is needed to establish an employment-oriented evaluation approach for school-enterprise cooperation,construct a long-term mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation evaluation,design an evaluation framework,construct a three-level evaluation index system and evaluation standards,develop a flexible course grade evaluation plan and evaluation implementation plan,and formulate a two-stage whole process learning quality evaluation mechanism.It is also required to take measures to improve the evaluation of higher vocational courses by constructing a"six-party collaborative"evaluation mode,formulating an evaluation result application plan,and attaching importance to using technologies including big data.The reform measures can significantly improve the quality of talent cultivation,enhance employment competitiveness,and significantly increase the satisfaction of students,schools,and employers.
