摘 要:新中国成立以来,职业教育、高等教育、继续教育之间的关系由相对独立、沟通衔接正在走向统筹协调。当前经济高质量发展、人口结构变化、高质量教育体系建设等对统筹“三教”发展提出新要求,但“三教”协调发展与协同创新仍面临观念阻碍与制度障碍等问题,需要健全统筹管理体系、优化协调运行机制并改革关键环节。Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the relationship between vocational education,higher education,and continuing education has been moving towards coordination from relative independence,and communication and link-up.The current high-quality economic development,changes in population structure,and construction of high-quality education systems put forward new requirements for the coordinated development of the three kinds of education.However,the coordinated development and collaborative innovation of them still face problems such as conceptual barriers and institutional obstacles.It needs to improve the coordinated management system,optimize the coordination and operation mechanism,and reform key links.
