摘 要:目的探究行为导向教学模式对实习护生核心能力的影响。方法将2022年4—9月,在蚌埠市某三甲医院实习的80名护生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40人。对照组实施常规带教模式,观察组实施行为导向教学模式,比较两组理论考试、病例分析成绩及核心能力。结果观察组理论考试及病例分析成绩均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义;核心能力量表总分及一般临床技能、评判性思维、关心、道德与责任、终身学习维度得分高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义。结论行为导向教学模式能更好地提升护生学习及实践兴趣,激发其主动性,使其更好地参与教学活动,从而提升临床护理带教质量。Objective To explore the impact of behavior oriented teaching model on the core competencies of nursing interns.Methods From April to September 2022,80 nursing interns in a Grade A hospital in Bengbu City were taken as the study objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,40 in each group.The control group implemented a routine teaching mode,while the observation group implemented a behavior oriented teaching mode.The theoretical exam,case analysis scores,and core abilities of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical examination and case analysis scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups;The total score of the Competency Inventory for Nursing Students scale and general clinical skills,critical thinking,care,morality and responsibility,lifelong learning dimension scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The behavior oriented teaching model can better enhance the learning and practical interest of nursing students,stimulate their initiative,and enable them to participate in teaching activities more effectively,thereby improving the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
