摘  要:随着科技的不断发展,制药工程专业科学的发展逐渐与时俱进,人们对生活质量、医疗保健需求的加强,制药工程专业的地位也日益重要,急需人才更新迭代。然而,专业教育与创新思维与理念有时会存在脱轨的现象,在面对制药工程行业目前的挑战时,我们发现许多学生缺乏与实际工作需求相符的工程技能和创新能力,这就需要我们从教育角度出发,大力推进制药工程专业的创新合成工程技能的培养。为了培养出创新、工程、专业型的大学生,本研究以制药工程专业学生为研究对象,探究如何提高其创新合成能力并与工程实践技能相结合,在教学中寻求有效的提高途径,以满足本专业工程专业认证和本科教学工作审核评估的要求。As technology continues to develop,the science of pharmaceutical engineering is gradually evolving with the times,and people’s need for quality of life and healthcare is strengthening,the pharmaceutical engineering profession is becoming increasingly important and in urgent need of newer iterations of talent.However,there is sometimes a disconnect between professional education and innovative thinking and ideas.In the face of the current challenges in the pharmaceutical engineering industry,we find that many students lack the engineering skills and innovative abilities to match the actual job requirements.In order to cultivate innovative,engineering and professional undergraduates,this study takes pharmaceutical engineering students as the research object to explore how to improve their innovative synthesis ability and combine it with engineering practical skills,and seek effective ways to improve it in teaching to meet the requirements of engineering professional accreditation and undergraduate teaching work audit assessment of this major.
