摘  要:本研究基于中国教育追踪调查(2014-2015)的数据,系统地探索了体育锻炼对青少年学业表现的影响及可能的机制。研究发现,无论是基于标准成绩还是父母评估成绩,青少年每周体育锻炼的天数都与其学业表现呈显著正相关。心理状态、教育期望、未来信心和学业意志力等社会心理因素,可能是体育锻炼影响青少年学业表现的最主要且较为稳健的机制;生理健康因素可能发挥中介作用但并不稳健;而体能水平则可能未能发挥中介作用,这可能与我国基础教育偏重认知能力的评价和高度竞争性的特征有关。Based on data from the China Education Panel Survey(2014-2015),this study systematically explored the impact of physical exercise on adolescent academic performance and possible mechanisms.It is found that teenagers'number of days of physical exercise per week was significantly positively correlated with their academic performance,whether it was based on the standard scores or parental assessment ones.Social psychological factors including mental state,educational expectations,future confidence and academic persistence may be the most important and relatively stable mechanism for physical exercise to influence the academic performance of adolescents.Physiological health factors may play a mediating role but are not stable,while physical fitness levels may not play a mediating role.This may be related to the basic education in China which emphasizes cognitive ability evaluation and shows highly competitive characteristics.
