摘　　要：由我国举办的首届世界职业技术教育发展大会已于2022年8月在天津召开。本次大会是在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的历史方位下,在中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局的历史交汇期举办的一次国际职教盛会,是服务构建新发展格局的重要举措。党的二十大报告全面论述了中国式现代化命题,教育在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中具有新的战略地位和发展使命,中共中央政治局第一次集体学习时,习近平总书记进一步指明了教育强国建设的前进方向。将大会置于此历史方位下回眸考量具有重要战略意义,其不仅是立足我国当前发展阶段,推动我国职业教育高质量发展的重要机制性设计;还是服务教育外交、主场外交,提升教育服务新发展格局能力的战略性外交资源;更是牢牢把握职业教育的重要使命和时代主题,系统总结中国职业教育的自身发展逻辑、本质特征,探索有效支撑中国式现代化实现路径的重要发展契机。未来,要用好大会的放大、溢出效应,培育、深耕国际交流合作新赛道,将国际合作交流作为现代职业教育体系建设的重要牵引,开创职业教育国际交流合作新局面,为以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴的使命任务作出新贡献。In August 2022,the first World Vocational and Technical Education Development Conference hosted by China was successfully held in Tianjin.This conference is an international vocational education event held at the historical intersection of the overall strategy of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the major changes in the world unseen in a century under the historical orientation of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era.It is an important measure to serve the construction of a new development pattern.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China comprehensively discussed the proposition of Chinese-style modernization.Education has a new strategic position and development mission in the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.When the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee studied for the first time,General Secretary Xi Jinping further pointed out the direction of building a powerful nation of education.It is of great strategic significance to review the conference in this historical position.Based on China's current development stage,it is an important mechanism design to promote the highquality development of vocational education in China This is also a strategic diplomatic resource to serve education diplomacy,home field diplomacy,and enhance the ability of education to serve the new development pattern.It also firmly grasps the important mission of vocational education and the theme of the times,systematically summarizes the development logic and essential characteristics of China's vocational education,and explores an important opportunity to effectively support the realization path of Chinese-style modernization.In the future,it is necessary to make good use of the enlarged spillover effect of the conference,cultivate and deepen the new track of international exchanges and cooperation,deepen international cooperation and exchanges as an important traction for the construction of a modern vocational education sy
