摘 要:目的基于SEGUE框架构建儿科护患沟通教学模式并进行效果评价。方法设计包含准备(Set the stage)、信息收集(Elicit information)、信息给予(Give information)、理解患者(Understand the patient′s perspective)、结束(End the encounter)5个环节的结构化儿科护患沟通教学模式,应用理论学习、案例分析、情境模拟及临床实践等教学方式,对2018、2019级共98名护理本科生(试验组)进行教学实践,并与采用常规方法教学的55名2016级护理本科生(对照组)进行教学效果比较,采用哈佛医学院沟通量表及美国内科协会病人满意度量表进行评价。结果试验组沟通评估总分及标准化病人满意度总分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于SEGUE框架的儿科护患沟通教学模式有利于提高学生的临床沟通能力,改善沟通效果。Objective To construct and evaluate a pediatric nurse-patient communication teaching model based on the SEGUE framework.Methods A structured pediatric nurse-patient communication teaching model was designed,including five stages:set the stage,elicit information,give information,understand the patient′s perspective,and end the encounter and theoretical study,case analysis,scenario simulation and clinical practice were used in the teaching process.A total of 98 nursing undergraduates in Grade 2018 and 2019(experimental group)received the communication teaching practice using theoretical learning,case analysis,situational simulation,clinical practice,etc.Teaching effectiveness was compared with 55 nursing undergraduates in 2016(control group)who were taught using conventional methods.The Harvard Medical School Communication Scale and American Association of Internal Medicine Patient Satisfaction Scale were used for evaluation.Results The total scores of clinical communication ability and standardized patient satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pediatric nurse-patient communication teaching model based on the SEGUE framework is beneficial for improving students′clinical communication abilities and improving their communication effectiveness.
