摘　　要：医学遗传科近年来逐渐由基础医学走向基础医学与临床医学相结合。我国医学遗传科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)起步较晚,目前面临招生人数少,就业困难,晋升困难等问题。各专业基地都在根据自身实际情况进行积极探索。该文从医学遗传科住培现状、面临的主要问题、应注意的问题等方面进行阐述,为进一步探索合适医学遗传科培训模式,提高住院医师岗位胜任力提供借鉴。In recent years, genetic education has gradually changed from basic medicine to the combination of basic medicine and clinical medicine. The standardized residency training of clinical geneticists in China started late and faces some problems, such as small enrollment, difficult employment, difficult promotion and so on. Some bases are actively exploring according to their own actual situation. This paper expounds the current situation, main problems and problems that should be paid attention to in the standardized residency training of clinical geneticists, so as to provide reference for further exploring the appropriate training mode and improving the job competencies of residents.
