摘 要:目的在开展儿科实习带教工作中,运用基于团队的学习法(team-based learning,TBL)—基于案例的学习法(case-based learning,CBL)—基于问题的学习法(problem-based learning,PBL)融合教学法,评价其对教学质量的提升程度。方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月桃江县人民医院儿科实习带教的实习医生60名为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30名。对照组在带教中行传统教学法,观察组在带教中行TBL-CBL-PBL融合教学法。比较两组的考试成绩提高程度、教学效果各项评分、自主学习能力评分情况。结果教学前,两组考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。教学后,观察组病史采集、体格检查、病历书写、病情分析、总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的教学效果各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的自主学习能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在开展儿科实习带教工作中,运用TBL-CBL-PBL融合教学法,能够提升考试成绩、提高教学质量,强化学生的自主学习能力。Objective In carrying out pediatric practice teaching work,the integrated teaching method of team-based learning(TBL),case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)is applied.Evaluate the degree to which it improves teaching quality.Methods 60 practicing doctors who taught pediatrics in Taojiang County People's Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups with 30 in each group.The control group received traditional teaching method,while the observation group received TBL-CBL-PBL integrated teaching method.The two groups were compared in terms of the improvement degree of test scores,the scores of teaching effects and the scores of independent learning ability.Results Before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference in test scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the medical history collection,physical examination,medical record writing,disease analysis and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching ef⁃fect scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).The scores of autonomous learning ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the practice teaching work of pe⁃diatrics,the application of TBL-CBL-PBL integrated teaching method can improve the test scores,improve the teach⁃ing quality,and strengthen the students'autonomous learning ability.
