摘　　要：《齐民要术》作为一部“中国古代的百科全书”,不仅记载了公元六世纪及之前时期中国传统农业科技史料,还蕴含着优秀的农学思想、经营理念和丰富的人文精神,以齐民思想、敬民思想、律已思想为核心内容的政德思想是《齐民要术》精神价值体系的重要组成部分。文章通过梳理中国传统政德观思想维、实践维和认同度、自觉度与自律度“两维三度”的形成与发展情况,结合“为政以德”“敬德保民”“克明峻德”的核心旨归,探讨了《齐民要术》对传统政德思想的继承与发展,以期为新时代乡村振兴和治国理政提供借鉴参考。As an"encyclopedia of ancient China",Qimin Yaoshu not only records the historical data of China's traditional agricultural science and technology in the sixth century and before,but also contains excellent agronomic ideas,business ideas and rich humanistic spirit.The political and moral thought with the respect for the people and law as the core content is an important part of the spiritual value system of Qimin Yaoshu.By combing the formation and development of the"two dimensions and three dimensions"of China's traditional political ethics,including ideological dimension,practical dimension,identification degree,selfconsciousness and self-discipline degree,and combining the core purpose of"serving the government with morality","respecting and protecting the people",and "strengthening the integrity of the people",the article discusses the inheritance and development of Qimin Yaoshu to the traditional political ethics,with a view to providing reference for rural revitalization and governance in the new era.
