摘 要:基于H省3所农村初中学校899名初中生的数据,探究累积生态风险与农村初中生学业倦怠的关系模式及其内部心理机制。结果发现:累积生态风险和农村初中生学业倦怠呈显著正相关(r=0.47,p<0.01),与自尊和意志控制分别呈显著负相关(r=-0.41,r=-0.38,p<0.01);中介效应检验表明,累积生态风险对农村初中生学业倦怠具有显著的直接效应,效应值为0.20,自尊与意志控制在累积生态风险和农村初中生学业倦怠中均起单独中介作用,中介效应值分别为0.14、0.08,且两者也起到链式中介作用,中介效应值为0.03。可见提升自尊和意志控制水平有助于改善农村初中生的学业倦怠状态。因此,为缓解农村初中生的学业倦怠感,教育者不仅可以从农村初中生的生存背景出发关心学生的现实需要,还可有意识地帮助学生培育自尊和意志控制等积极的心理因素,以削弱累积生态风险的消极影响,同时加强家校协作,激发学生学习动机。Based on data from 899 junior middle school students in three rural junior middle schools in H province,the model of the relationship between cumulative ecological risk and academic burnout among rural junior middle school students and its internal psychological mechanisms was explored.The results showed that:Cumulative ecological risk was positively correlated with academic burnout in rural junior middle school students(r=0.47,p<0.01)and had a significant negative correlation with self-esteem and effortful control(r=-0.41,r=-0.38,p<0.01);Mediation modeling analysis showed that cumulative ecological risk had a direct effect on academic burnout,with effect value of 0.20.Self-esteem and effortful control played a separate mediating effect between cumulative ecological risk and academic burnout,with effect value of 0.14 and 0.08 respectively,and also played a chain mediating role,the mediating effect value was 0.03.With the level of selfesteem and effortful control improved,the academic burnout of rural junior middle school students will be bettered.Therefore,to alleviate academic burnout among rural junior middle school students,educators can not only care for the real needs of students from the context of their survival but also consciously help students cultivate positive psychological factors such as self-esteem and effortful control to weaken the negative effects of cumulative ecological risks,as well as strengthen home-school collaboration to stimulating students'learning motivation.
