摘  要:中职教研为推动教师专业发展提供专业引领。在基础教育教研内涵基础上,分析总结中职教研的内涵及本质,梳理中职教研的价值及内容范围界定,借鉴成人学习理论的指导,对中职教研工作的开展提出针对性的建议:坚持目标导向,重视问题解决;识别需求,分层分类组织教研活动;尊重教师的自我主导和参与主体作用;挖掘并利用已有的教学实践资源;创设教研环境,激发教研参与动机;科学评价,适度激励。Teaching and research in secondary vocational schools provides professional guidance for teachers'professional development.Based on the connotation of teaching and research in basic education,this paper analyzes the connotation and essence of teaching and research work in secondary vocational education,combs the definition of the value and content scope of teaching and research work in secondary vocational education,and takes adult learning theory for reference,some suggestions are put forward for the development of teaching and research work in secondary vocational education,namelybe goal-oriented,attach importance to problem-solving;identify needs,organize teaching and research activities in different levels and categories;respect teachers’roles;excavate and make use of the existing teaching practice resources,create teaching and research environment,stimulate the motivation of teaching and research participation,make scientific evaluation and give appropriate incentives.
