高校教务管理人员胜任力现状研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查形式对120名高校教务管理人员进行调研,以此了解高校教务管理人员的胜任力现状。结果表明,高校教务管理人员的胜任力分值较高,能够胜任教务管理工作,且受教育水平越高及工作年限越长的管理人员胜任力水平越高。高校应优化教务管理人员的队伍建设,引进更多的高学历人才,不断出台相关政策,健全教务管理人员培训机制,以此不断提高高校的教务管理水平。Through questionnaire survey,the study investigates 120 university educational administration personnel to know the competency status of university educational administration personnel.The results show that the competence scores of educational administration personnel are higher,and they are competent for educational administration.The higher the educational level and the longer the working years are,the higher the competence level of educational administration personnel is.Colleges and universities should optimize the team construction of educational administration personnel,introduce more highly educated talents,constantly introduce relevant policies,and improve the training mechanism of educational administration personnel,so as to continuously improve the level of educational administration in colleges and universities.
