摘  要:不同学生的身体基础、运动能力存在差异,要想实现学生的全面发展与个性化发展,使学生的认知能力、个人综合素质得到有效提升,初中体育教师就要以“因材施教”原则为基础,开展分层教学。文章以“因材施教”原则在初中体育教学中的运用为研究方向,从“因材施教”原则的内涵、特征以及实施原则入手,分析初中体育“因材施教”的必要性和可行性,指出初中体育“因材施教”的具体措施和方法,旨在为我国初中体育教学改革提供理论指导与帮助。There are differences in the physical foundation and athletic abilities of different students.In order to achieve comprehensive and personalized development of students and effectively improve their cognitive and personal comprehensive qualities,junior middle school physical education teachers should carry out layered teaching based on the principle of"teaching according to their aptitude".The article focuses on the application of the principle of"teaching students according to their aptitude"in junior middle school physical education teaching.Starting from the connotation,characteristics,and implementation principles of the principle,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing"teaching students according to their aptitude"in junior middle school physical education.It points out the specific implementation measures and methods of"teaching students according to their aptitude"in junior middle school physical education,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and assistance for the reform of junior middle school physical education in China.
