摘 要:为了摸清省内职业院校农林类专业劳动教育的现状,于2022年10~11月期间针对性地选择了省内20所中高职院校进行了问卷调研,结果表明:此次调研的职业院校涉及11个大市,调研数据较为广泛,具有一定参考性。劳动教育受到职业院校的高度重视,大部分院校所有年级都开设劳动教育,大部分学校的劳动教育课时在18~36课时,并且有学分要求。劳动教育的专职教师较少,教师参加劳动教育相关培训的机会也较少。劳动教育没有配套教材的占多数,劳动教育场所以校内劳动实践基地和实训室为多数。至于劳动教育的价值以劳动价值观的培养占绝大多数,劳动教育评价时可以从学生吃苦耐劳等多方面进行,评价主体可以是教师、家长和学生相结合。多数学校认为劳动教育开展的效果好,绝大部分学生还是有劳动意愿,愿意从事与专业技能相关的劳动内容。本文在此基础上提出了相应建议。In order to find out the current situation of labor education in agricultural and forestry majors in vocational colleges in the province,20 secondary and higher vocational colleges in the province were targeted to conduct a questionnaire survey from October to November 2022.The results showed that the vocational colleges surveyed involve 11 major cities,and the survey data was relatively extensive,which was of certain reference value.Labor education was highly valued by vocational colleges.Most colleges offered labor education in all grades.The labor education class hours in most schools were 18 to 36 class hours,and there was a credit requirement.There were fewer full-time teachers for labor education,and teachers had fewer opportunities to participate in training related to labor education.The majority of labor education did not have supporting textbooks,and the majority of labor education fields were labor practice bases and training rooms on campus.As for the value of labor education,the cultivation of labor values accounted for the vast majority.The evaluation of labor education could be carried out from many aspects,such as students'hard-working ability.The evaluation subject could be the combination of teachers,parents and students.Most schools thinked that the labor education was effective,and most students still had the willingness to work and were willing to engage in some work related to professional skills.On this basis,the corresponding suggestions were put forward.
