摘 要:目的 探讨住院医师规范化培训内科门诊教学可行性,以提高内科住院医师岗位胜任力。方法复旦大学附属中山医院(简称我院)根据课程建设六步法,建设了为期4周的门诊课程。结合我院内科门诊特点,以提高住院医师诊疗思维能力、沟通能力、自主学习能力为教学目标,在临床实践中采用SNAPPS模式、SEGUE量表为教学工具,问卷星问卷为评价方法,了解门诊教学效果。结果 门诊教学能有效提高住院医师的诊疗思维能力、沟通能力和自主学习能力。沟通能力具有教学的巨大需求。结论 六步法建设课程可开发贴近需求、确切有效的课程,并有助于持续改进课程。门诊教学有必要加强,有提升空间,课程设置有待规范化。Objective To explore the implementation of medical outpatient curriculum construction in outpatient practice,and to improve the post competence of internal medicine residents in our hospital.Methods According to the six-step of curriculum construction,we built a 4-week outpatient curriculum in Zhongshan Hospital.Based on the characteristic of Internal Medicine Outpatient Department of our hospital,we set the teaching objective as improving the residents' critical thinking,communication and autonomous learning ability.In clinical practice,SNAPS mode and SEGUE scale were used as teaching tools and the Questionnaire Star questionnaire was used as the evaluation method to evaluate the effect of the course.Results The outpatient teaching could effectively improve the residents' critical thinking,communication and autonomous learning ability.Communication skills had a great demand for teaching.Conclusion The six-step construction course can develop accurate and effective courses close to the needs,and contribute to the continuous improvement of the course.Outpatient teaching needs to be strengthened and improved,and the curriculum needs to be standardized.
