摘  要:崇技尚能的教育价值理念、悠久的行会传统和健全的行会制度以及完备的职业培训立法制度是德国双元制职业教育特定的社会基础。培训职业设置、课程开发实施与评价以及师资培养模式等要素彰显了德国双元制职业教育的运行机制。然而随着经济环境的变化和产业结构的优化升级,德国双元制职业教育也面临着诸多挑战。通过深入分析德国双元制职业教育的运行机制,从专业设置、课程开发、实施与评价以及师资培养方面探索双元制职业教育的本土化实践,为构建中国现代职业教育方案指明了一条新路向。The educational value concept of advocating skills and abilities,the long-standing tradition of guilds,and a complete legislative system of vocational training are the specific social foundations of dual-system vocational education in Germany.The elements of vocational training,curriculum development,implementation and evaluation,and teacher training mode demonstrate the operating mechanism of the dual system of vocational education in Germany.However,with the change of economic environment and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,the German dual system vocational education is also facing many challenges.Through in-depth analysis of the operating mechanism of dual vocational education in Germany,the localization practice of dual vocational education is explored from the aspects of major setting,curriculum development,implementation and evaluation and teacher training,and a new way is pointed out for the construction of modern vocational education programs in China.
