摘  要:在线学习动机和自我调控学习是影响线上教学效果的两个重要的因素。该文探讨了在线学习环境下英语学习动机、自我调控学习的特征以及二者之间的相关性。采用问卷调查的方法对116名修完一学期“高级英语写作”慕课的非英语专业本科生的在线学习动机和自我调控学习进行了调查。结果显示,学生的语言层面、学习者层面、学习情境层面的动机较强;学生的自我调控学习能力处于中上水平。进一步对学习动机和自我调控学习的各个维度的相关性分析显示:学习动机和自我调控学习存在正向相关性。路径分析结果显示学习动机对自我调控学习具有显著的正向预测。研究发现能够为在线环境下教师培养学生的英语学习动机和自我调控学习能力提供一些借鉴。Learning motivation and self-regulated learning are two key factors that influence the effectiveness of online learning.This study aimed to explore the undergraduate students’English learning motivation,self-regulated learning and the correlation between them in an online learning environment.Two questionnaires were distributed to 116 non-English majors who had taken the MOOC“Advanced English Writing”for one semester to assess their learning motivation and self-regulated learning abilities.The results revealed that the students had strong motivation at the language,learner,and learning-situation level.Their self-regulated learning abilities were at the moderate and high levels.Further analysis of the relationship between learners’motivation and self-regulated learning abilities revealed positive correlations between their motivation and their self-regulated learning abilities.The results of path analysis indicate that the students’online learning motivation has a significantly positive predictive effect on their self-regulated learning abilities.These research findings provide a guide for teachers to cultivate students’English learning motivation and self-regulated learning abilities in an online learning environment.
