摘 要:对高山被孢霉在不同温度下的生物量、油脂产量和油脂组成等指标进行研究,并开展了比较代谢组学研究。结果表明:在低温处理(15℃)时,高山被孢霉的生物量和油脂含量均低于常温(25℃)处理。但是,在低温条件下高山被孢霉的极性脂含量提高到了2.53倍,而且极性脂中的不饱和脂肪酸含量提高到了1.32倍,表明高山被孢霉的低温保护机制启动,大量合成极性脂和不饱和脂肪酸用于抵御低温应激。差异化合物筛选发现其中与油脂合成和降解有关的有10个化合物,与糖酵解(EMP)途径有关的有6个化合物,与氨基酸合成、降解和转运相关的化合物有5个。The biomass,oil yield and oil composition of Mortierella alpina at different temperatures were studied,and the comparative metabolomics was carried out.The results showed that the biomass and oil content of Mortierella alpina were lower at low temperature(15 C)than at normal temperature(25 C).However,the content of polar lipids increased to 2.53 times at low temperature,and the content of unsaturated fatty acids in polar lipids increased to 1.32 times at low temperature,indicating that the low temperature protection mechanism was activated,and a large number of polar lipids and unsaturated fatty acids were synthesized to resist low temperature stress.Differential compound screening showed that 10 compounds were related to lipid synthesis and degradation,6 compounds were related to glycolysis(EMP)pathway,and 5 compounds were related to amino acid synthesis,degradation and transport.
