摘 要:以西柚果皮为原料,采用超声辅助法提取西柚果皮中黄酮。以黄酮得率为指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验优化提取工艺,并研究其体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:最佳提取条件为乙醇体积分数60%、料液比1∶20(g/mL)、提取时间60 min、提取温度70℃,在此工艺条件下黄酮得率为(19.586±0.124)mg/g。西柚果皮黄酮对DPPH·、ABTS^(+)·和·OH的最大清除率分别为94.50%±0.33%、97.45%±0.32%、41.09%±0.85%,清除率是等质量浓度维生素C的96.97%、99.45%和156%,表明西柚果皮黄酮具有良好的抗氧化活性。Using Citrus paradisi Macfad.peel as raw material,the flavonoids from Citrus paradisi Macfad.peel was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted method.Using the yield of flavonoids as an indicator,the extraction progress was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments,and in vitro antioxidant activity of flavonoids were studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were ethanol volume fraction 60%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20(g/mL),extraction time 60 min,extraction temperature 70℃.Under these conditions,the yield of flavonoids was(19.586±0.124)mg/g.The maximum clearance rates of Citrus paradisi Macfad.peel flavonoids for DPPH·,ABTS+·and·OH were 94.50%±0.33%,97.45%±0.32%,and 41.09%±0.85%,respectively,The clearance rates were 96.97%,99.45%and 156%of the same mass concentration of vitamin C,indicating that Citrus paradisi Macfad.peel flavonoids had good antioxidant activity.
