摘　　要：马克思实践哲学视域下的劳动教育以人为核心,充分体现劳动在实现人的生存价值、社会价值、自我实现价值协同发展中的作用。当前高职院校劳动教育存在观念上的障碍、理论上的缺失和师资上的缺乏。因此,立足高职劳动教育的现存问题,以马克思实践哲学思想为理论基础,在顶层设计上,从纵向贯通和横向融通的角度,以及课程建设、师资队伍层面提出新时代高职劳动教育的推进举措。From the perspective of Marx's practical philosophy,labor education emphasizes to follow human as the core,and fully embodies the role of labor in realizing the coordinated development of human's survival value,social value and self-realization value.However,the current labor education in higher vocational colleges has obstacles in concept,lacks of theory and teachers.Therefore,based on the existing problems of higher vocational labor education and on the theoretical basis of Marx's practical philosophy,from the perspective of top-level design,vertical integration and horizontal integration,as well as from the aspects of curriculum construction and teaching staff,the paper puts forward the promotion measures of higher vocational labor education in the new era.
