摘 要:大学教师专业道德主要包括教学活动中的专业道德、学术研究活动中的专业道德和社会服务活动中的专业道德三个部分。当前,大学教师专业道德养成过程中存在道德情感匮乏导致大学教师专业道德发展的内在动力不足;道德能力平庸导致大学教师面临专业道德两难的实践困境;道德环境功利导致大学教师专业道德发展缺乏外部支持等问题。大学教师专业道德应深化道德情感,丰富情感体验;培育道德能力,增长实践智慧;重构社会秩序,加强制度建设。The professional ethics of university teachers mainly include such three parts as professional ethics in teaching activities,professional ethics in academic research activities,and professional ethics in social service activities.At present,there is a lack of moral emotions in the process of cultivating professional ethics among university teachers,which leads to a lack of internal motivation for the development of professional ethics among university teachers;the mediocre moral ability leads to the practical dilemma of professional ethics faced by university teachers;the utilitarianism of the moral environment leads to the lack of external support for the professional moral development of university teachers.To optimize the professional ethics cultivation for university teachers,we should deepen moral emotions to enrich emotional experiences,cultivate moral ability to increase practical wisdom,and restructure social order to strengthen the institutional construction.
