摘　　要：思想政治理论课是立德树人、铸魂育人的核心课程,在全面建成社会主义现代化强国的伟大目标进程中承担着为党育人、为国育才的重要使命,是学校各项教学工作的生命线。高职院校思想政治理论课对于培育高技能人才的职业道德、个人品德等起到至关重要的作用。从学校、教师方面来分析高职院校思想政治理论课存在的问题及其原因,并提出采取相应措施来加强高职院校思想政治理论课教学实践,真正把国家的教育方针落地落实,力推高职教育高质量发展。The ideological and political theory courses are the core courses for cultivating people by building morality and souls.In the process of building a great socialist modernized country in an all-round way,they undertake the important mission of educating people for the Party and the country,and are the lifeline of various teaching work in schools.In the actual teaching development process,the ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges play a vital role in cultivating the professional ethics and personal morality of highly skilled talents.This study analyzes the problems and reasons of ideological and political theory courses in vocational colleges from the perspectives of schools and teachers,and proposes corresponding measures to strengthen the teaching practice of the courses,truly implementing the national education policies,and promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
