摘 要:丰富职教师资培养多元格局,探索高职院校等主体融入职业技术师范教育体系已刻不容缓。选择3所具有代表性的优质高职院校进行嵌入性多案例研究,辨析高职院校举办职业技术师范教育具有“优质理想生源选拔,人才培养模式变革,专业设置灵活多变,培养过程资源整合”等可行性,并存在“学校办学条件待提高,教师师范性属性欠缺,课程教学顶层设计有难度”等现实难题。基于此,提出“构建优质高职院校参与的开放培养格局;试行基于高职院校自身条件的多样化培养模式;构建基于人才培养特殊性的‘校校企’共同体;探索基于专业教育+教师教育的‘协同管理’机制”等发展建议。It is urgent to enrich the diversified pattern of vocational teacher training and explore the integration of higher vocational colleges and other running-school subjects into the vocational and technical teacher education system.Choosing three representative highquality higher vocational colleges to conduct embedded multi-case studies,and discriminating and analyzing the feasibility of holding vocational and technical teacher education in higher vocational colleges,such as "selection of high-quality ideal students,reform of talent training mode,flexible and changeable major setting,integration of training process resources",there are practical problems such as "the school's running conditions need to be improved,the teacher's pedagogical attributes are lacking,and the top-level curriculum teaching design is difficult" and other practical problems.Based on this,it is proposed to "build an open training pattern involving high-quality vocational colleges;try to implement a diversified training model based on the conditions of higher vocational colleges;build a community of "school-school-enterprise" based on the particularity of talent training;explore the "collaborative management" mechanism based on "professional education + teacher education" and other development suggestions.
