摘 要:新工科背景下,化工行业迫切需要适应并能引领产业发展的新型工程技术人员。因此,作为新形势下的高等工程教育,迫切需要构建学科交叉与跨界融合的课程体系及培育德才兼备的新化工专业复合型人才。本文从新工科的理念入手,针对许多高校存在的思政教育、创新创业教育及专业教育三者在实施过程中未能实现同频共振、合力育人的现状,从大思想教育体系的专业培养角度出发探索我校三位一体化工类创新人才培养模式的构建与实践,为更好地建设新工科化工专业提供建设性的意见。In the context of new engineering,the chemical industry urgently needs new engineering and technical personnel who can adapt to and lead the development of the industry.Therefore,as a higher engineering education under the new situation,it is urgent to build a curriculum system of interdisciplinary and cross-border integration and cultivate new chemical professional talents with both ability and integrity as the goal.The paper starts with the concept of new engineering,aiming at the current situation that ideological&political education,innovation&entrepreneurship education,and professional education in universities have failed to achieve the same frequency resonance and joint education in the implementation process,and explores the construction and practice of the trinity chemical innovation talent training mode of our university from the perspective of professional training of the major ideological education system,so as to provide constructive suggestions for the better construction of the new engineering chemical specialty.
