摘  要:基于成果导向教育(Outcomes based education,OBE)理念,经过3年的教学实践改革,教学团队成员聚焦“思政引领”的整体育人目标,提出“OBE跨学科融合”教学创新,将“OCAS逆向设计、思政为先、学生中心、学科融合、持续改进”五大理念贯穿到教学的全过程中,形成“学生中心—问题导向—及时反馈—持续改进”的五交叉五理念授课创新体系,有效解决了教师难教和学生难学的问题,该教学范式具有复制和可推广性。Based on the concept of Outcomes based education(OBE),with 3 years of teaching practice reform,the members of the teaching team focused on the overall educational goal of“ideological and political guidance”in education,and propose the teaching innovation of“OBE interdisciplinary integration”.Five concepts including OCAS reverse design,ideological and political priority,student center,discipline integration and continuous improvement,were permeated the entire teaching process.A teaching innovation system of five intersections and five concepts including student-centered,problem-oriented,timely feedback and continuous improvement concepts was formed.It effectively addresses the issues of teachers facing difficulties in teaching and students facing difficulties in learning.This teaching paradigm can be replicated and popularized.
