“双高计划”背景下高职院校校企合作全员化体制机制建设研究——以无锡商业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：“双高计划”对高职院校校企合作工作赋予了新的内涵,提出了新的任务。在“双高计划”建设背景下,高职院校单纯依靠学校的领导层、现有的校企合作处(部)开展校企合作工作已经不能完全适应新形势的需要。首先对“双高计划”赋予的高职院校校企合作工作的新内涵、提出的新任务进行了阐释,对加强高职院校校企合作全员化体制机制建设的必要性与可能性进行了分析,接着对加强高职院校校企合作全员化体制机制建设的价值进行了探索,然后以课题组所在的高职院校为依托探索了高职院校全员化参与校企合作工作体制机制建设的障碍,最后提出“双高计划”背景下高职院校全员化参与校企合作体制机制建设的策略。The“Double High Plan”has given new connotations and proposed new tasks to the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises.Under the background of the“Double High Plan”construction,vocational colleges relying solely on the school’s leadership and existing school-enterprise cooperation offices(departments)to carry out school-enterprise cooperation can no longer fully adapt to the needs of the new situation.The article first explains the new connotations and tasks proposed by the“Double High Plan”for the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,analyzes the necessity and possibility of strengthening the construction of the system and mechanism of the full participation for school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,and then explores the value of strengthening the construction of the system and mechanism of the full participation for school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,and explores the obstacles to the construction of the system and mechanism of the full participation for school-enterprise cooperation based on the vocational colleges where the research group is located.Finally,we propose strategies for the full participation of vocational colleges in the construction of the system and mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation under the background of the“Double High Plan”.
