摘 要:随着汽车行业的快速发展,高职汽车专业教育在培养人才方面面临着一系列的挑战。为了更好地满足行业需求,提高学生的职业素养,现代学徒制项目在高职汽车专业教育中得到了广泛的应用和实践。本文研究了分析了高职汽车专业现代学徒制项目的背景、目标和实施方法,并探讨了学徒制模式在汽车专业教育中的优势和局限性。本文以汽车专业现代学徒制项目为例,从学生、教师和企业三个角度进行了深入的调研和研究。文章最后提出了一些建议,包括加强学生与企业之间的联系、提高导师培训质量和建立学徒制管理体系等,以进一步完善该项目并推广到更广泛的汽车专业教育中。With the rapid development of the automotive industry,higher vocational automobile professional education faces a series of challenges in cultivating talents.In order to better meet the needs of the industry and improve the professionalism of students,the modern apprenticeship program has been widely used and practiced in the professional education of higher vocational automobiles.This paper studies and analyzes the background,objectives and implementation methods of modern apprenticeship programs in higher vocational automotive majors,and discusses the advantages and limitations of the apprenticeship model in automotive professional education.Taking the modern apprenticeship program in the automotive profession as an example,this paper conducts in-depth research and research from three perspectives:students,teachers and enterprises.The paper concludes with a number of recommendations,including strengthening the connection between students and companies,improving the quality of mentor training and establishing an apprenticeship management system,etc.,to further refi ne the program and promote it to the wider automotive professional education.
