基于古今异轨刍议“春夏养阳,秋冬养阴”

摘　　要：“春夏养阳,秋冬养阴”作为《黄帝内经》养生理论的重要观点,经后世医家从不同角度的认识与发挥,得到了很大程度的丰富和发展。文章联系临床实际,强调“天人相应”“法于自然”的养治观在现代养生、防病、治病中的重要性,从时代背景不同而导致气候、饮食、生活方式等差异的角度,对“春夏养阳,秋冬养阴”加以辩释,得出其合理的解释为“春夏季节尤其要注意保养阳气、勿贪寒凉,秋冬季节尤其要保养阴气、勿过温热”。在生活习惯过度违背自然规律的今天,尤其亟需回归自然,遵守此养生防病的原则。“Nourishing yang in spring and summer,nourishing Yin in autumn and winter”,as an important point of the theory of health preservation in Huangdi Neijing,has been enriched and developed to a great extent by later generations of physicians from different perspectives.Based on clinical practice,the author emphasizes the importance of the concept of“heaven and man correspond”and“law in nature”in modern health preservation,disease prevention and treatment.From the perspective of climate,diet,lifestyle and other differences caused by different historical backgrounds,the author argues that“Yang is maintained in spring and summer,Yin is maintained in autumn and winter”,The reasonable explanation is that“in spring and summer,we should pay special attention to the maintenance of Yang Qi,not greedy for cold and cool,and in autumn and winter,we should pay special attention to the maintenance of Yin Qi,not too warm”.Today,when living habits are too contrary to the laws of nature,it is particularly urgent to return to nature and abide by the principle of health preservation and disease prevention.
