摘  要:围绕高职英语教师教学能力提升中存在的教研反哺教学能力缺乏、教学能力提升培训形式单一、教师理论学习与实践应用衔接乏力等现实问题,提出以下对策:构建高职英语教师教研学习共同体,增强教师专业发展的自主意识;发挥教学能力比赛作用,构建“分类实施、能力递进、赛教融合”的能力提升模式;鼓励教师开发与教材配套的数字资源库,提升资源筛选与组织能力;强化校企双向联动,鼓励教师理实结合。Focusing on the practical problems existing in the improvement of English teachers teaching ability in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of teaching research to feed back the teaching ability,the single form of training for improving teaching ability,and the weak connection between teachers theoretical learning and practical application.The following countermeasures are put forward:Build a teaching,research and learning community for English teachers in higher vocational colleges,and enhance their sense of autonomy in professional development;Give full play to the role of teaching ability competition,and construct the ability promotion mode of“classified implementation,progressive ability and integration of competition and teaching”;Encourage teachers to develop a digital resource library matching textbooks,and improve teachers resource selection and organization capabilities;Strengthen the two-way linkage between schools and enterprises,and encourage English teachers in higher vocational colleges to combine theory with practice.
