摘 要:通过问卷调查形式探讨劳动教育视域下高职院校学生对专业认同的现状及其影响因素。结果表明,劳动教育视域下高职院校学生的专业认同、专业认知、专业行为、专业情感及专业目标均处于中等偏上水平,但在专业行为上还有待提升,且年级和学科不同会影响其专业认同水平。高职院校应积极引导技能人才在日常学习和生活中实践专业行为,并通过问卷调查或访谈等方法了解其对所学专业和劳动教育方面的需求。The study does questionnaire survey on the present situation and influencing factors of professional identity of skilled personnel in vocational schools under the perspective of labor education.The results show that vocational college students’professional identity,professional cognition,professional behavior,professional emotion and professional goal are at above the average level from the perspective of labor education.But their professional behavior needs to be improved,and grade and subject will influence their professional identity level.Vocational colleges should actively guide skilled personnel in vocational schools to practice professional behavior in daily study and life,and know their needs for their major and labor education through questionnaire or interview.
