高职服装设计专业人才培养方案研究

摘　　要：服装设计专业通过理论知识和专业技能等培养方式,实现该专业人才培养的目标。文章以高职服装设计专业人才培养方案为研究对象,分析了服装产业对人才的要求以及高职人才培养中存在的教学理念落后、实践教学基地建设不到位等问题,并基于服装设计专业人才培养方案建设思路,对如何进行服装设计专业人才培养提出几点建议,以期为相关人士提供一定参考。Fashion design specialty has more design knowledge and skills,which requires students to seriously participate in learning to achieve the goal of professional personnel training.In order to solve the problems in talent training,such as the backward concept and the inadequate construction of practical teaching base,this paper takes the talent training program of higher vocational clothing design specialty as the research object,and analyzes the requirements of clothing industry for talents.Based on the construction of talent training program of fashion design specialty,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out talent training,hoping to provide some reference for relevant people.
